Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Australian Domestic Shipping
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and sent via Australia Post. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates
Grand Hatters offer free shipping Australia wide on orders over $200. Orders totalling less than $200 will be charged a $15 shipping fee.
Online Returns and Exchanges
We happily accept online ordered returns on full priced items within 30 days. If you are in any way unhappy with your goods you may send them back for an exchange, credit note or refund. All items must be unused and in original condition with original tags.
The shipping cost for all returns and exchanges is at the customer's expense.

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside of Australia
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
