Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges (In-store Purchases)
We are happy to offer exchanges for up to 30 days after purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not offer refunds on in-store purchases unless goods are found to be faulty. Minor faults will be repaired, refunded or exchanged after assessment by the Grand Hatters team.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and the responsibility of the card holder to retain. Grand Hatters have no access to gift voucher data.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you are offering your purchase as a gift, we can supply you with a gift receipt that does not list the cost price but can be utilised as proof of purchase.
Returns & Exchanges (Online Purchases)
Online purchases may be returned for exchange, credit note or refund. All items must be unused and in original condition with original packaging.
Bank Refunds
There may be a delay for refunds to be processed by your bank. If you’ve not received your refund after a week please contact us at shop@grandhatters.com.au
Shipping
Grand Hatters offer free domestic shipping on purchases over $200. Purchases under $200 will be charged $15-$18, depending on hat.
The customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for return items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
